The real estate sector is an economic sensitive sector whose return drivers – rental growth, income distribution and capitalisation rates – are a function of economic fundamentals. We buy property assets that meet our disciplined investment process and criteria, as outlined below. We also believe in the hybrid investment outcome: investment returns and socio-economic development impact.
